Resuming Visitation During The Pandemic

Our facility is committed to resume limited visitation while maintaining the proper steps to prevent the spread of infection by following the facility re-opening plan based on State and Federal guidelines. 

Before scheduling a visit, please read the below protocol.

Visitation hours are Monday thru Friday 10:30am-7:30pm and Saturday thru Sunday 11:00am-7:30pm. No visits are being taken between 1:00pm-2pm everyday. Please call or text 929-275-1336 to make an appointment. To schedule a weekend visit please make the appointment by 5pm the Friday before.
